The Kofi Annan Business Schools Foundation provides scholarships for students from developing countries who are enrolled in the associated business schools. The initiative is an implementation of the UN Millennium Development Goals project that stresses the importance of sharing knowledge between ‘Southern’ and ’Western’ universities.

"It takes time to grow the small and large businesses able to create the jobs and income needed. So we must start now. Nothing less will help to achieve the Millenium Development Goals."
Former United Nations Secretary-General Kofi A. Annan.
